Women in Tech (Organic + Paid)
Context
We wanted to strengthen the Women in Tech pipeline by building a dedicated talent community, making it easy to discover roles and stay connected.
Goal
Drive relevant women tech talent to a dedicated Women in Tech landing page to sign up for the talent community and explore open opportunities.
My role
Supported campaign execution across paid and organic channels, collaborating with the team on creative development, ad builds, and performance monitoring.

Helped shape campaign messaging and creative direction to speak to women tech audiences.

Created and refined ad creatives for both organic posts and paid ads.

Supported campaign execution in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (targeting, creatives, review checks, iteration).

Ensured landing page journey stayed clear and conversion-focused (sign-up + job exploration).

Monitored performance signals (reach, engagement, clicks) and fed learnings back into creative and targeting improvements.
