Context
Engineering talks across regions to build trust with tech talent and support hiring pipelines.

Goal
Drive targeted registrations, maximise attendance, and nurture the right audience post-event.

My role
Owned the communications and funnel build-out end-to-end, partnering with regional teams and speakers.

What I delivered

  • Built the event landing page based on session structure and format (online/offline).

  • Defined the target audience segments and comms plan (invite → reminders → attendance push).

  • Created and scheduled email comms and invitations for targeted audiences.

  • Partnered with speakers to build short video assets and LinkedIn content to drive interest.

  • Supported the event experience with branded slides and consistent on-screen messaging.

  • Ran post-event comms to nurture attendees and non-attendees towards relevant roles/programmes.

  • Analysed funnel performance: registrations vs attendance, channel performance, and key learnings.

Measurement & learning (what I tracked)

  • Registration vs attendance rate (by event and by region)

  • Channel contribution (email vs LinkedIn vs other sources)

  • Audience quality signals (segment engagement, click intent, follow-up actions)

  • What messaging/format improved outcomes (subject lines, CTAs, speaker assets)
