Engineering talks across regions to build trust with tech talent and support hiring pipelines.
Goal
Drive targeted registrations, maximise attendance, and nurture the right audience post-event.
My role
Owned the communications and funnel build-out end-to-end, partnering with regional teams and speakers.
What I delivered

Built the event landing page based on session structure and format (online/offline).

Defined the target audience segments and comms plan (invite → reminders → attendance push).

Created and scheduled email comms and invitations for targeted audiences.

Partnered with speakers to build short video assets and LinkedIn content to drive interest.

Supported the event experience with branded slides and consistent on-screen messaging.

Ran post-event comms to nurture attendees and non-attendees towards relevant roles/programmes.

Analysed funnel performance: registrations vs attendance, channel performance, and key learnings.
